Green Don't know the Hornyman, 2 pints out of 5 on FAP which sounds about what I'd have expected.

Starting to doubt your credentials as HNA's self-appointed authority on London pubs :!:

Au contraire. I think the fact that Green has intuitively known that it's rubbish without going there shows just how firm his grasp of London pubs is.

Thank you mr number.

What next from maguire, a review of the Punch and Judy?

Silver Fox I asked Spacey where he'd be drinking before and after this game "Isle of Dogs" he replied. "we know that" I said, "but where are you drinking before and after the game?"

I'd second that. Nice garden and they do a decent roast on a Sunday.

Better options for pre football drinking though.

Will95 Just me who has been recommended The Shipwright Arms then?

I was in there before the last away game at Millwall, it was pretty quiet in there to be honest. A few Reading fans, but mainly Utd fans watching tv.

You going, pete?

Yes mate, I've got to work in the morning and go from Windsor riverside station as there is bus replacement between Central and slough.

I used to do this journey regularly to work & its quicker to go Bakerloo to Baker St & Jubilee to LB. The Bakerloo & Jubilee platforms are next to each other at Baker St so very quick to change.

Thanks NSR. Another option I have been told (due to some work on the jubilee line) is Paddington too Moorgate on the Circle line and then Northern Line to LDN Bridge?

I have never tried that route but before the Jubilee was built I used to go Bakerloo Padd to Elephant &Castle then Northern to LB which was not too bad

Yeh Jubilee is suspended from Waterloo to Wembley park this w/e.

This London Royal would just Bakerloo it to Waterlooers rather than go via Moorgate though.

Remember to stand on the right on the escalators 26-10-06ers, otherwise you are likely to get stabbed.
