Liverpool are also moaning they've had to pay 72% more than Everton fans for league games this season. Strange comparison to make if they always insist they're a much bigger club than the Toffee's.

Geographically quite close, though.

Extended-Phenotype I think Kes has gone pretty mad since the LOLampard debate. He seems to be quite torn up over something as :| as a club asking for ticket prices to be reduced.

Wonder what is so upsetting about it?

TBH - You all agree with me in reality. You would expect the pricing of Arsenal v Liverpool to be the same or similar to that of Arsenal v Spurs as the demand is there. What you're basically doing is, disagreeing with me for the sake of it. You've all hit an all time low with this tbf, tbh.

TBH I don't like Liverpool but I'm not sure I'd burst a blood vessel over them seeking a reduction in ticket prices that we all agree are far too high.

Just don't see what there is to be rattLOLed about, really.

Played well today. Looking good for top 4 which was the target at the start of the season. Sterling probably deserves a place in the England squad for Brazil on current form.

Cracking game and they could of had 2 more with better finishing. Arsenal looked woeful.

Some superb football played by Liverpool today, KoS. Any chance of a title challenge?

Zero chance

But they are building a decent charge with a manager who was (not that long ago) deemed not good enough for us.

One of my least hated teams in the big Four/five

I am a realist so I would say no. 99% of Liverpool fans would have accepted 4th place at the start of the season if offered and that is still the aim. What has been the big bonus is the quality of the football/entertainment level produced. Brendan has certainly got them playing a brand of football that is easy on the eye. When the front 4 of Sturridge, Saurez, Sterling and Coutinho click they can finish off decent teams like Arsenal, Spurs and Everton in a short period of time. Enjoyable times for us.

Absolutely Leon. Surely he deserves to be bracketed alongside the likes of Peter Sutcliffe, Ian Brady and Ian Watkins.

ZacNaloen This Sturridge guy is some player

Yep. Can perform when the pressure is off.

36 games for Liverpool and 30 goals. When you consider that Van Persie took 42 games at United to reach this landmark and the fuss the media made of his impact there these are very impressive figures (only when the pressure is off though of course).

retro_royal How shite is Sterling now? Even QPR can handle him.

A few decent games but been really poor for a long time now.

I remember this post and saying the lad was 17 and was bound to have a dip in form. But Retro just thought he was shit, Think I was right.

Indeed. Yet another season when Liverpool go without a title.

By the way. Whats your Hillsborough Group's beef with safe standing?

As I said earlier on this page I think it is unlikely Liverpool will win the league. But steady on with your "Yet another season..". Within 6 pts of the top in February. A much better chance than you lot. To think you had United down as champions and Liverpool failing to make top 6 in the predictions thread
With regards to your second point, I am personally all for safe standing as I have stated a good few times on thus forum.
I don't think I should comment on the opinions of a few who lost relatives at the disaster except to say it is understandable that they are against the idea.
