soggy biscuit Rumours in Barcelona that their president, Sandro Rossel, may well resign today over the court case surrounding missing payments in the Neymar transfer

Barcelona call directors meeting for 6:00pm today

Spanish media leaking more detail of the Neymar transfer and contract. Neymar apparently has a clause in his contract stating he gets a €2.5M payment if he is asked to play somewhere other than in his preferred position

More stuff about his dad getting paid extortionate amounts to firstly not let Neymar sign for anyone at all before a certain date and then sign for Barca,
A Santos board member has said 'it is the biggest cover up in the history of soccer transfers'
There is also an accusation that Rossel was shareholder in some of the companies that owned Neymar so the bigger the transfer fee the more he was paying himself.

These guys saying he has already quit - http://www.mundodeportivo.com/20140123/fc-barcelona/sandro-rosell-dimite-como-presidente-del-barca_54400422402.html

soggy biscuit Nurnberg become the first ever team in the Bundesliga to get to the halfway point in the season without winning a single game

Won first game of the second half of the season yesterday 4-0. Still in one of the automatic relegation places but not too far from the other strugglers.

Brazilian newspaper writing a story about N&N (the company Barcelona paid €40M to for Neymar) and found an abandoned warehouse to be the registered address

Brazilian judge orders a new trial over Sandro Rossel (Barcelona president who resigned this week over the Neymar transfer) over illegally profiting from Brazil Vs Portugal friendly in 2008 and could face up to 8 years in prison. The case was previously dismissed but it has now found that the evidence Rossel used were forged documents

Rossel's marketing company were given €3.5M to promote the match, €400,000 of that appears to have been transferred to a person account in Spain in Rossel's name.

Guillem Balague reckons they're gonna come out but not compete for the ball. Sociedad -3 might be a good bet at 10/1!

Surely you've got to pay players before you can fine them or was he going to fine them 6 months wages and call it quits?

Madrid derby in the Copa Del Rey tonight. Real Madrid 1 up at half time thanks to a deflected goal, Raul Garcia and Diego Costa falling about like they've been shot and Arbeloa lucky to get away with a couple of very naughty fouls.

What a player Jese is shaping up to be.
