Personally I will be happy enough with the status quo of buying no one and selling no one but if we sell and don’t buy we all have every right to be completely pissed off.

The sooner 11pm comes the better.

Don't forget we have released Sheppard and Baird plus not renewed Sharp - so we have had three out effectively and none in.

Don't forget we have released Sheppard and Baird plus not renewed Sharp - so we have had three out effectively and none in.

As Sharp and Baird were on loan and scheduled to return to their parent clubs I had discounted them.

Baird wasn't on loan. Was a short term contract which has now expired. Still doing training/rehab from injury with us.

charlton just signed Piotr Parzyszek. seems like a decent young striker. 6'3, 20 years old, and scored 29 times in 52 matches for a midtable dutch side.

im actually mildly jealous of this signing.

and in his first interview he references Matt Holland which has won their fans over.

They've also brought another striker, Reza Ghoochannejhad, from Standard Liege and a right back Loïc Nego from Újpest

with loans of Astrit Ajdarević and Anıl Koç from Liege too.

Few good deals there. As well as taking Lilian Thuram's cousin on loan [also Liege]

Big Yann left though...............

I really don't think we need to be worrying about the complete fantasy of signing somebody. Losing people seems to be a far more realistic concern.
