Rumour - Wes HOOLAHAN

QPR want Norwich City midfielder Wes Hoolahan, according to the Sunday People.

Nottingham Forest and Reading are also said to be keen on the 31-year-old, who recently asked to leave Norwich after Aston Villa made an offer for him.

We couldn't afford to loan Billy Sharp for Christ's sake. Other than Chris Baird (if we're lucky), all I'm expecting is more kids to get a chance, and maybe an Irish hopeful from Cork..

A packet of Hoola Hoops would be more within our price range.

Can't help but think we have more chance of getting 'Hotlips' Hoolahan.

Would be great for us though, just what we need.

Thought he was great for Norwich last year, would of course be very good for us, but I suspect there's more chance of me playing for Reading than Wes.

Judging by the clubs relentless false promises and blatant lies, there's more chance of us signing Wes Foolafan.

We wont be getting either. Long gone are the days we throw big wages around to out bid top end Championship clubs.

He'll no doubt get hoovered-up by the QPR transfer machine, along with Ravel Morrison.

Yep and it would be a single packet only not the multi pack.

Probably be a loan too.. have to share the packet with someone else.

Nigel Adkins has ruled out bringing in any players on loan.

The emergency loan window opened for Football League clubs on Friday and doesn’t shut until March 28th.

Players can be signed from 28 to 93 days and Royals have already been linked with a move for Norwich City midfielder Wes Hoolahan.

Adkins, however, has ruled out adding to his squad.

“We’re going to run with what we’ve got,” said Royals’ boss.

“The loan window is open but we’re not looking to bring anyone in.

“We don’t want to lose anybody either, although maybe one or two of the youngsters might benefit by going out.
