peterroyal76 The only thing that will decide whether I renew or not will be finances.

As long as you mean yours and not the club's then that's all fine

We did this late last year which is proving to be a drain on my resources.

undecided but veering towards not renewing. Just too much money for me these days, especially when it never sells out so I can pick and choose a small handfull of fixtures to go to instead on the day if I so desire

Yeah I will probably renew as long as prices stay reasonable.

Will renew no matter what......and in a cynical way the longer we are a yo yo club the better, as ground expansion will see my seat from day 1 in east stand disappear into the void of executive boxes

There are no exec boxes planned for the east stand. Do you mean the VIP area they were thinking of adding in the middle of the existing stand, 3/4's of the way up?

It usually depends how we're doing and how much the club can profiteer on the potential demand.

It's not usually this early though, apart from the season they announced the ultra-early renewal in 2011 which caused quite a bit of criticism.

If the takeover does get announced this month it will create a lot of optimism and really lift the mood around the club, and is bound to persuade a lot of STH's that were thinking of not renewing to renew, and maybe add a few STH's who get swept away with the soundbites that come out of the club.

That's a gamble though (which in itself might be indicative of a deal being close). If a takeover doesn't get announced, the fact that Madejski has already warned us that his scissors will be out may well deter quite a few renewals, particularly if there is a price increase.

Football in general is suffering for a whole host of reasons. No longer the game it was. Atmosphere at most grounds is non existant. Even away trips are prohibitively expensive.

Hopefully safe standing will come sooner rather than later.

Probably not bothering. It's just not really fun anymore. Costs me roughly £30 a week in travel on top of the ticket price, which I feel could be better used elsewhere.

Of course I'll be renewing.
Next season will be my last at concession rates.
After that I'll be paying full whack for the next 44 years. :(
Then back to concession. :)

I'll be renewing but it's definitely been my worse season on a number of fronts. The atmosphere has been awful at the ground, Adkins doesn't seem to have a clue at the moment and the BS coming out of the club has been ridiculous.

I'm mainly hoping that they delay the renewal process as long as possible as I don't want to have to shell out £375+ at the moment.

Definitely going to renew.

Was considering moving seats. Not sure whether to stay in Y25 or move to Upper West. Bit reluctant to do the latter though.
