Pepe the Horseman They all look like pretty reasonable selections as well. Apparently this weekend was the second worst of the year for the bookies. Something like 19 out of the top 20 favs won.

Yep, great weekend for punters, acca winners all over the shop.

Although the bookies cleaned up on Cheltenham by all accounts (and every other weekend of the year)

Arsenal and Orient both conceded in the 90th min to screw me over.

Had a 19 team acca tonight, after the success of my 8 team one (£5 stake - £661 win) at the weekend.

11 of them won, and most of the rest were draws. But Reading and Crewe let me down rather.

But Saturday was my first ever accumulator, so it was a positive start. Hoping for more good things this Saturday.

Bit of advice Wiz. Higher stakes, fewer games.

Oooooohhhhh

Had £2 on the acca, and £3 on a 20p L15 which returned £14. So not all bad.

Gone for 7 games tonight. Liverpool, Hull, Celtic, Coventry, Dundee Utd, Guiseley, Altrincham. £5 wins £257, fingers crossed again.

Starting to worry I may be developing a bit of a problem already though.

You probably picked the best weekend in the last 10 years to start betting tbf. 19/20 favourites (which is suspect you are mainly betting on) won last weekend. My advise would be to have no more than 4 or 5 teams in you acca. Even in accas with 10 'bankers' you will inevitably get let down by a coupon busting result somewhere. Just remember, you never see a bookie on the bus.

On the basis that a team often comes into the play offs on a late streak I have and a little bit of Bournemouth to a) get into the play offs at 33/1 and b) to get promoted at 150/1. Just a bit of fun but the odds looked well overpriced. (Odds were before Saturdays games and have been cut since)

TBM

I had a 14 match accumulator come in and before anyone asks, the stake was a miserly £11.50 in total which included 1x14 and then perm any 12 and 13 from 14 8)

After the event watch: £5 treble on Palace, Hull and Man Utd returned £100.

First win in a while.

Had Palace, Utd and West Brom in a (free sky bet) L15 which returned £13.72 instead of the £45 I'd had picked up if Villa had beaten Fulham. The tossers.
