Ian Royal Ta.

Bit of a frightening read.

Yeah but where's all the money gone?

Ask RoyalBlue, he doesn't need to look at the accounts to know*.

No prizes for guessing where the £5m cash went then.

And paying Directors £517k in 2013 as opposed to the zero when SJM and Hill-Woods ran things....
I wouldn't know a TSI director if I fell over one. Do they still attend games?

No idea which directors were paid but certainly some still attend - but don't forget these accounts are to June when Anton was still coming to games too.

I don't know who it was paid to but it is just as likely that it was paid to SJM as part of the agreement for him to carry on running things. I certainly wouldn't complain if it was, as he would be effectively be an employee once the shares changed hands.

Worth noting that Southampton and Stoke have converted loans to equity of (I believe) some £40m and £60m respectively.

Their net debt would have been higher by those sums if they had not done so.

What £5m are you talking about?

Samuelson has been seen at games (pics posted on here) and he's a pretty obvious TSI Director. Obolenski being the 'who the oxf*rd's he?' one.

Didn't Nigel Howe become a director when the take over happened, providing balance between RFC and TSI representatives ? His salary would have then become a director's payment rather than an employee salary. Although in that case I'm surprised the total is only half a million....

Howe is on 400k per year apparently, now paid by RFC. Think there's a chance that previous remuneration was paid by RFC Holdings?

The £5million which used to be in our cash assets but which is now missing - as per the write up by the STAR man in the link. :|

Current Assets 2013 2012
Stocks, debtors, cash 3.5 9.3
The decrease is due to a reduction of over 5M in cash

Making a loss will tend to have that effect.

I thought it meant in 2012 we had over £9million in cash and other assets and in 2013 we only had £3million - and that he was saying the cash was not accounted for? If it is accounted for, because we've made a loss, where is it shown on that balance sheet please?

Well, it'll be included in the Retained Earnings or Accumulated Losses (can't remember how they refer to it in these accounts) which now totals £38.1m deficit.

Thing is, if you make a significant loss, it's highly likely / entirely logical that cash reserves are going to be depleted.
