I couldn't say if my manager is coloured, as I don't notice that kind of thing. Couldn't tell you their skin colour any more than you could tell me your manager's eye colour.

The pro licence holder numbers seems to be a bit of a red herring as well if you ask me.

Of this list, my gut feel is that there isn't a massive number who have the type of jobs Roberts wants for his 14.

The lack of minority representation on boards is rubbish as well. If you look in the Premier League at least there are plenty of minorities represented, largely due to the diversity of ownership. Admittedly they're not black though, which is probably more Roberts' concern.
