Kitsondinho FFP will do bugger all. It'll be the usual fudge where smaller clubs get shafted and bigger ones escape. The FL, PL and FA have shown this time and again (West Ham, Luton, B.mouth etc). Same thing in Europe. PSG and Man City are likely to fall foul of the FFP regs......can you honestly see UEFA banning them from Europe??

Exactly this. Voted in by David Gill and the like to preserve their clubs dominance, these big clubs don't vote for something unless they can get it to work for them.

Aren't PL decisions based on votes from all 20 chairman? I'm not sure how that gives total control to the top 4 - 6 clubs. Obviously they've got a lot of influence and could throw toys, but they need the medium sized clubs to tow the line to dictate anything.

And who does that protect Ian? That's right the top 20 clubs in the country. They made sure they based it on income for a reason, so those who make the most money i.e. those taking the vast amounts of TV money the PL offers keep that money and status. David Gill was once asked to give one reason why ffp wouldn't help Man United and he couldn't come up with one convincing answer.

FFP is the biggest con in football.

The top 20 clubs in the country changes quite regularly. Just ask Cardiff, Swansea, Palace, Norwich, Birmingham, Stoke, Wigan, Wolves, Leeds, Bolton... etc. etc.

Why wouldn't you expect success to breed success?
