This season has been a shambles yet somehow I still hang onto a stupid glimmer of hope. I even try to hate football but this shower keep dragging me back in!

Sutekh So if things don't change then we need to beat Burnley by 2 goals next week and hope Brighton don't win at Forest to be sure of the play offs. Any sort of win over Burnley would be enough if Brighton lost.

But - as things stand - if both Reading and Brighton win we could still be in the playoffs if Wigan lose away to Birmingham!

If things stay exactly as they are I think:
If we beat Burnley we will be in IF Brighton don't beat Forest
If we beat Burnley we will be in IF Wigan don't take more than a point from their last 2 games
If we draw with Burnley we will be in IF Brighton lose to Forest by at least 2 goals and Blackburn don't beat Wigan

Birmingham being the team who haven't won at home since the beginning of October.
