Does keepers' kit colour really bother you?

BR2 is just unhappy that he didn't get to fossilise with the other dinosaurs and has managed to live on in a world that's not bland enough for him.

Up until the last couple of years I have always supported English (and indeed Scottish teams) in Europe, and have often said on here I didn't really understand why others didn't.

And yet now I am aware of drifting over to the other camp - not quite sure why it happened but it has.

Probably just a symptom of falling out of love (yeah, crap phrase) with the PL.

Come on Atletico.

TBM
BR2 BTW I wonder how many of our posters will be routing for Chelsea tonight and how many for Athletico and how many buses,if any, will be parked by either side.

Why would any Englishman be routing for a Spanish side? :|

Because they want football to be the winner? TBH I'm just hoping for a decent game to watch, but I'm certainly not going to be supporting Chelsea and I've never understood the whole "you must support English clubs in Europe" argument, especially as a fan of a championship side. Also if I was supporting anyone it would be Atletico as I feel sorry for them because the Spanish league treated them somewhat harshly making them kick off 2 hours later than Chelsea at the weekend, don't they know they need time to prepare?

agreed with RR and SF's positions.

I'll unquestionably always support England, even with Chelsea players in the team.

Meh about tonight.

Have you watched Atletico much this season?

They have been doing what Chelsea did against Liverpool all season

I hate Chelsea. I hate their manager and everything he says and does. I hate john terry and Ashley cole. Fans of this club seem more insufferable and thicker than those of other similar clubs.

I would support Liverpool or Man United if they were playing. But Chelsea can foooook off

RM won 5-0 on aggregate and had 28% and 31% of the play.

Parking the bus or playing to their strengths and exploiting their opponents weaknesses?

I like Petr Cech, Oscar and Hazard as they seem pretty decent (for a footballer)

David Luiz is a total knobber.

I am a little in love with their physio woman too

Aye, Ribery slipped over 5 times to allow Real Madrid to score each of their goals.

Yep. Chelsea - owned by a Russian, managed by a Portuguese and with a squad dominated by foreign players. F*ck 'em, hope they lose a million nil and then the stadium catches fire.

Used to quite like Chelsea when they had a English core: A Cole, SWP, Joe Cole, Lampard, Terry.

Now Terry has been exposed as a racist croak, Lampard a serial choker and Joe Cole and Shaun Wright Phillips are dead, they've not got a lot going for them imo.

I'll be honest with you, I quite like Will.I.An, but I'm a sucker for a 'fro. Don't like Luiz though, apart fom a LOLz POV

I love Mourinho & Lampard and have backed them to win it overall so want Chelsea to win. How anyone can want that cheating Argie pcunt Simeone to do well is beyond me.

Mourinho has cheated; ironically to the same end as Simeone.

I don't have a particular like or dislike for the majority of Chelsea's players. Apart from Luiz. Mainly for this:

Mourinho's "cheating" hasn't impacted me nearly as much as Simeone did, therefore I don't care

LOLZ, just deliberate use of a cliche m8, not fan of the phrase myself if I'm honest
