Likewise - although more likely Bergkamp would take over at Ajax imho. He has stated that he wants to coach/manage Arsenal one day, joining Spurs would make that more difficult, as much as he is a club legend.

It'd also be highly ironic to see him on the sidelines at WHL, in Tottenham club gear, while 4-6 miles down the road there's a statue of him erected outside their rivals' ground :lol:

Is it Bergkamp that was an Tottenham fan as a kid? A surprisingly high number* of that generation of Dutch players seem to like them because of Hoddle.

* probably 1

There is no chance Bergkamp would join Spurs, he's not daft and like Henry wants to return to Arsenal one day....

Van Gaal could be unveiled at Utd as early as this weekend.

Hope West Ham get a touch of the Charltons when they give Sam the boot.

For all the money he has spent, to get no trophies, play unattractive football (that the owner apparently hates) and for continuing to bring negative headlines for his antics (that the owner apparently hates) I would suggest that Mourinho is skating on thin ice at the moment. Wouldn't be surprised if he isn't Chelsea Manager come the start of next season.

+1 obviously...managers at Chelsea have been sacked for much less....third place and only 1 point from the recent Sunderland and Norwich home fixtures....Jose has already gone on the defensive.

Looking grim for the special one...next season mid season will see him out...then what?

"French side Clermont Foot have made history by appointing Helena Costa, becoming the first team to appoint a female Head Coach"

But will she close her eyes in the dressing room?

SPARTA

He wont have long left.

Why?

Like Ashley cares what the fans think

NUFC are safe, his revenues are guaranteed.

Why sack the manager that delivered on his objectives
