Will RFC reach PL in the next decade?

by hammerfan123 » 05 May 2014 10:07

When we played you lot on the final day of last season many of use were saying this might be your last PL match ever. While "forever" is a long time, I believe that it will be a considerable period before we see the likes of your lot in the PL again. Not that I'm complaining.

Did you do another inflatables day again this season? That was brilliant.

Hope to see you in a cup some time soon. Or quite possibly in the championship!

Take care RFC.

As far as trolling goes, this is pretty weak mate...but I'll have a nibble.

I won't be alone in saying this I'm sure, but I only wanted promotion to get the £ as the club is in dire straits. Being cannon fodder for the top 6 week in week out really isn't my idea of fun as that's what would have happened.

Last PL experience was a shambles. We didn't invest enough, got thrashed most weeks, loads of horrendous decisions against us, big clubs get all the decisions, crap edit on MOTD, sh1t kick off times, £50 away tickets, Scouse & Chelski pr1cks rocking up giving it large...I could go on.

There's some proper fans are in the championship & I couldn't give 2 sh1ts we missed out TBH. Bet you can't say you had 5 even 6 academy products in your first team this season...we can & there is nothing that can make you prouder IMO. That is what it's all about.

Staying down will give us more opportunity to see the kids get a go & most of us are quite optimistic about it.

Even as a Hammer, I bet you secretly miss the championship & I'm sure your Wembley win will be right up there in terms of best football memories.

We probably will get to the PL again at some point in the next 5 years but happy to stay down. Winning the league in 2012 has actually done damage rather than strengthened us. PL can stay away for now as far as I'm concerned. We're not ready.

Got to love West Ham; the way the motivational booing of their fans drove the team forwards to Premier League survival is the stuff of legend.

My kids hate going to The Boleyn Ground cos they reckon it's a bit childish. They're 9 and 4.

Think we can all agree this fishing trip has been overwhelmingly unsuccessful. Better luck next time x

The idea was good I just feel the execution was a too sloppy and played on too many lazy stereotypes.

You just can't cut corners with this sort of thing.

Also, I'm not sure why he's waited a year to post it. Presumably he's been learning to write.

Well as much as we are a joke of a club, West Ham have got to be a worse club than us, fans getting bum hurt becuase you are mid table, you dont have good players anymore get over it. Boo when you win. "Fat Sam out" is pretty embarrassing becuase last time we played you all your fans were bald and fat. Bubbles before a game, how old are you lot ? Andy Carroll for 19 mil, you could have got Dave Kitson on a free. Joke of a troll. Joke of a club.

Coming from a club so steeped in tradition and history that it's marketing advert for your home game with Man City was billed as 'come and see City's superstars' - seriously........is that how the club has to flog tickets for its home games, by advertising the away side's players
