Went bet365 in the end. Salves the pain I guess.

Hideous yet joyful after timing, but just picked up £400 on a 6-game BTTS thanks to City's equaliser. Good way to end the season!

Well played. I'm about £120 up from Judas bets and a West Ham/Accrington double

As mentioned on another thread. Liverpool to win the title on the last day 14/1. Easily worth a tenner in my eyes, just incase Carroll proves his £35m worth to the Anfield faithful.

West Ham/Liverpool double is about 19/1 with Betfair if you're going to bet on 'pool to lift the trophy. Bit of extra value.

SkyBet Free Bet Club is "changing" after this weekend's fixtures

Instead of a £5 free bet for every £5 acca at odds of 5/1 or more they're now giving £10, providing you stake £50 a week on any market at evens or more.

Yeah, right. Thanks.

Here's one for you betting types:

I pulled Argentina from my work sweepstake. It was a fiver entry.

The potential winnings are 1st=£85, 2nd=£45, 3rd=£20, 4th=£10

My mate who was on holiday at the time of the draw and is feeling a bit left out, wants to buy my team off me for a bit of an interest.

How much do I charge him for the entry? Argentina are 5-1 on Sky bet to win it (don't think they do each way)...

Or do i hang on to it?

I'd want at least £25, on the basis that Argentina are expected to reach the semi-final or final.

If he's that keen on a "bit of interest" why doesn't he just put £5 on them himself?

Clearly he believes they will reach the final and thus prefer the better return.

Yeah I thought £15-£20.

The reason he wants it is because there is a big 'ol gay wall chart with everyones names and country flags on - and there's bound to be some office bantz that he doesn't want to miss out on.

I, on the other hand, wouldn't bat an eyelid if every single person i work with spontaneously combusted.

Cannot believe I have only just seen this thread now! After a whole season of betting lol! Final bet for the season today (bar a weekend acca with Derby, Fleetwood, BTTS in Leyton Orient and Rotherham and Atletico Madard)

Gone for handicaps bet (where I have won the majority of my profit this year)....

Turkmenistan -2 (won 5-1 earlier today)
Steaua Bucharesti -1
Sligo Rovers -1
Infonet to win
Cork City draw no bet
Dundalk to win
Petrolul Ploiesti -1

20 quid returns 320

In the past month had a 600 quid and 800 quid winner from 2 different handicap 5 folds (tenner on first one and 25 on second one) :)

I had a tenner on QPR to get promoted at 10/3. I've stuck the winnings on a penalty to be awarded in the Champ League final :|
