Sanguine Hideous yet joyful after timing, but just picked up £400 on a 6-game BTTS thanks to City's equaliser. Good way to end the season!

leww_rfc As mentioned on another thread. Liverpool to win the title on the last day 14/1. Easily worth a tenner in my eyes, just incase Carroll proves his £35m worth to the Anfield faithful.

BraisingsteakRoyal Here's one for you betting types:
I pulled Argentina from my work sweepstake. It was a fiver entry.
The potential winnings are 1st=£85, 2nd=£45, 3rd=£20, 4th=£10
My mate who was on holiday at the time of the draw and is feeling a bit left out, wants to buy my team off me for a bit of an interest.
How much do I charge him for the entry? Argentina are 5-1 on Sky bet to win it (don't think they do each way)...
Or do i hang on to it?

I'd want at least £25, on the basis that Argentina are expected to reach the semi-final or final.
