Alex Pearce playing for ROI vs Italy at the moment, injured their captain apparently.

Pearce broke Italy's captain's leg :?

Obviously hope it's not career ending etc etc, but ruled out of the World Cup which is great news. Cheers Alex

Seen it, it's just a clash of knees, Alex won the ball and wasn't late.

Si, us Ginger Italians are everywhere.

More of a distaste for broken legs and chavs.

LOL at wales....but.....

Not too many years until the England team is populated by the likes of Reading and Barnsley players facing the big fish international teams, dominated by Premiership players.

We've had one or two international players on the past, USALRers, including a couple from your homeland.

Hahnemann and Convey joined when we were in the Championship. Not even in the promotion season. You don't have to be in a good league to play for a shit nation and go up against the best.

Bodin, Williams, Hunter, Houghton, Legg, Sonko, Bikey, Ingimarsson, Federici, Doyle, S Hunt, N Hunt, Long, Gunnarsson, Gorkss, Kebe, Sigurdsson, Convey, Hahnemann, Church, HRK...

And that's deliberately avoiding players who only got called up while we were in the Premiership.

Yeah, but he joined us after that. He barely played for us, so I'm not sure he made a competitive match for Bulgaria whilst with us.
