72 bus
RoyalBlue So, as many suspected, despite having left the board, it looks very much like Samuelson is still heavily involved in the sale.

Yet still the gullible hang onto and swallow every word that they are fed by club & chairman without opening their eyes and questioning what the sub text might be.

However, after receiving several firm offers, he said the club's lenders, who were now brokering a deal for Reading, were close to finalising terms.
"Sir John (Madejski - Reading chairman) has handed power over the lender," added Samuelson.

You really are a thick cunt if you think Samuelson is still involved, he can now speak freely because he is out of it with no dog in the fight anymore

He's no longer involved in the sale

He is involved in the purchase

That is why Oblong and CS had to resign as directors - they were no longer uninterested parties

It is also why he publically stuck the knife into the Burman bid by suggesting they would not spend (LOL after TSIs great fiscal management and broken promises)

He has changed dogs

He is the Millwall of prospective owners - no one likes him and he doesn't care (as long as there's cash)

Do you really think he's have a happy retirement once Boris found out he'd been double crossed?

That interview did confirm no debt defaulted on as wasn't due until August.

But some suggestion that Reading FC Holdings has essentially been sold to the Lender... (VIBRAC right?). Sounds like he's now washed his hands of the club.

I guess if you follow it you learn whether to trust it or not but at first glance I struggle with a twitter feed full of unsupported, neigh spurious claims like that.

So are we in admin or not? You'd expect not, as no announcement, but BTG deal in administration management and are now managing our sale.

It's not an ITK account. They only link to news regarding the club, and if they mention a rumour they say where it originated from. It's useful when you're sat on the shitter and you want to catch up with what's going on.

Nothing to suggest administration. Loan not due until August and CS actually said the sale is "more or less" in the hands of the lender rather than anything about defaults on payments.

Samuelson said at the end it was in the hands of BTG, but I also thought earlier he said he wouldn't mention the lender's name.. It's CS, I wouldn't trust much of what he said any way. He still has designs on the club for his own personal gain. I'd still rather go with Burman and a new board.

He mentioned BGT at the beginning of the interview.

The lender referred to is someone else.

BGT are advising.

Surely there's little doubt that Vibrac are the lenders?

So the consortium that's close to a deal is headed by Gianni Paladini. Here we go...

TBF when I watched The Four Year Plan I thought that he and Paulo Souza were the only people who seemed remotely sane, once he'd got Briatore off his back at any rate.
