Samrit Bunditkitsada has agreed to take over at Madejski Stadium, pending the Football League's Fit and Proper Persons test

As we exclusively told you on Friday , the contract was signed at Madejski Stadium following two days of talks.

Bunditkitsada, chairman of Thai Premier League football team Police United FC, is owner of Promise Insurance PLC and also founded The Billion Investment Company Limited in Thailand (BIG).

Royals are yet to make any comment on the ownership developments at the club
