If you were having a conversation with the TO regarding sending out of new STs why did you not ask them when they would be sent out ? They are more likely to know than anyone on here... Ring them back and get a definitive answer.

'Please note, 2013-14 Season Ticket Holders should keep their existing card for the 2014/15 season unless there are any amendments such as a seat move or change of ageband.'

They told me they'll leave the tickets on your seat at the first game, not sure if that would be your old seat or your new seat though.

Mate of mine got sent a new ST last week. He is an existing ST holder but got sent a new one as he has changed age bands.
