BR2 Today's paper suggests that Swansea have been told to stump up £10 million if they want him.
It looks a distinct possibility that he will be seen at the Mad Stad in a few weeks time....playing for Swansea.

Are Swansea prepared to pay that much for him though?

Tbh, if Spurs want to offload him i'm surprised they want more than they paid for him. Wouldn't we get a slice of the fee if he did move though?

He'd make such a good Lallana replacement for Southampton

Some top notch journalism from the Express

I want Gylfi Sigurdsson! Reading's new owner reveals transfer plans on Twitter

READING'S new owner doesn't appear to be a shy type and it seems he has set his sights on signing Tottenham midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson.

The 24-year-old was largely marginalised at White Hart Lane this term, falling behind the likes of Paulinho in the pecking order.

And it seems one fan has managed to get an insight from the new owner, Samrit Bundikitsada.

The fan posted on Twitter a text, in which the Reading owner said Sigurdsson is the 'most wanted player he knows'.

Mauricio Pochettino is thought to be willing to offload Sigurdsson, with former employers Swansea believed to be interested.

However, it is believed they will have to stump up £8million for his signature.

It remains to be seen whether the Royals will now spring a suprise bid for Sigurdsson.

Or sees Gylfi's price tag, can't afford it or brings in Simon Church instead.

How can they get relegated, if they have got Gylfi?
