sandman They really weren't. Thrashed by France, qualified from a weak group and a toss up between them and Greece for the biggest most boring non-entity in international football history.

Consider this a sumptuous, fulsome, rattLOled bite - you're talking utter bollocks. Pogba was almost as much a disappointment as the world's lightest dark horses Belgium, whereas Switzerland were thoroughly entertaining with one of the best playmakers in the game, as well as potentially the best right-back of the tournament.

Fair point. Greece, South Korea, Russia and Cameroon were all worse in my opinion but everyone is different.

Ok perhaps worst is harsh but they're just there every tournament, they turn up, get themselves a couple of draws and a win against a small nation and go home.
Would much rather have seen a side like Iceland qualify than watch the Swiss or the Greeks get out of their groups with minimum effort or wins against poor sides like Ecuador or Honduras before getting Knocked out in the second round.
