gazzer, loyal royal Guy on twitter with a pretty good record of getting signings corrected is saying that Arsenal are preparing to break their club transfer record again this window. Wonder who it could be

Pogba perhaps.

Yeah, Chelsea are a bit short of midfielders.

Hummels supposed to be on his way to utd for 28 million. Not sure they'll be able to pull this one off

Not sure how much he's got left in him. Was a totally liability for large periods of last season. He's unable to get back and defend any more but still pretty handy going forward

£600,000 now, £600,000 at the end of the season, £300,000 if Juve qualify for the CL at the end of the upcoming season

Seems a pretty good deal for a squad player with lots of experience

A centre back who helped Cardiff get relegated. Loving it.

really hope it works out as he looked at 17 like he was going to go on to become a huge star but he has basically flopped at every club ever since. Never scored more than 10 league goals in a season in which he has played alongside some of the worlds best players.

14 league goals in the last 3 years when he has played a lot of games in that time. Easy to get blinded by the club names he has played for but basically there are a lot of average PL forwards who have done much better than him playing alongside much, much worse players.

still, there was clearly something special there when he was breaking into the Barcelona team as a youngster and I hope he gets his mojo back

only one person's opinion of course but it's interesting to note that his lack of physical presence is what is claimed here has been a problem for him after leaving Spain

Yeah, was going to dig that out. Mismanaged at one club and never quite grew.

So, Stoke is the obvious choice.

his league goalscoring record is similar to Nicklas Bendter over the past 7 seasons, though Bojan played an extra 40 ish games to score those goals

At first I was "Not so sure about that!"

Then I looked. To 2 decimal places, they have the same goal scoring record, 0.22 goals per game.

Good signing in all fairness. Plus he had 5 goals for a relegated side, not all bad.
