melonhead id take dolan in a heartbeat for the next few years

Yeah - because managing a club for a year in the conference, followed by looking after a bunch of 15-17 year olds definitely qualifies you to manage a team challenging for promotion to the Premier League.

Managing the temperament of Guthrie, Drenthe et al, whilst building a sustainable promotion challenge >>>>>>>>>>>> Teaching teenage retards how to read and write as well as kick a ball.

Good attack-minded manager, used to the Reading Way, respected by the players and fans, scores a zero on the bullshitometer, decent tactician, knows the players inside-out, no delusions of grandeur, will get the best from the 'kids' who we may need to rely on next season...

Seems a good fit IMO.

First McD and now Dolan. Are Adkins supporters that insecure about his ability to manage RFC that they have to make unwarranted attacks on the ability of others?

I didn't attack his ability. I questioned his experience.

Why are people claiming the "best start to the season" was a decent thing when Adkins had clearly proved himself incompetent by making no attempt to beat Norwich last season when we weren't yet mathematically relegated. Let's hope he can catch WBA's eye for half a season in the prem next year

Yes you did and in doing so you also attacked his ability as a manager and in an aggressive manner said that he was only good enough to manage, and I quote, "teenage retards".

Ian Royal
AthleticoSpizz bit of truth in it tho'

Our season never even showed signs of kick-starting until Jobi was recalled.

The more I think of his release...the more I dislike our suit wearing cnuts

And yet we had our best start to the season in years.
by the lack of a smilie...I believe that you actually believed that.

Points wise or potential?

...and yes, I do realise points make prizes

How many years was that exactly?

The Great Jobi has signed for the mighty Leyton Orient on two year deal, great signing for them, lost opportunity for us

Seems like a very good fit for him, being from London and all. Would not be surprised to see Orient in the Championship in 2015-2016. They were close last season to getting promoted. Adding players of Jobi's character, professionalism and skill will only help.
