I actually feel quite guilty writing this as I desperately wanted him to succeed but unfortunately he just isn’t that good.

Perhaps injuries etc have taken their toll but the defence always looks more shaky when he is a part of it. I am wholly convinced that Ferdinand will be a better option than Morrison once fit.

Little bit of a shame though but I don’t think the squad will suffer as a result. Hector has more potential IMO.

This move doesn't bother me too much. I suspect that, Cardiff being Cardiff have offered a bit more than he's worth and obviously we'd be silly to turn that down. I think Hector will fall back to centre back paving the way for Hammond to come in?

Always felt Morrison and Pearce are too similar to form a solid central defensive partnership. Would keep Pearce over Morrison any day on ability and passion.

I like them both but not together so selling one of them makes sense

Pearce certainly wins out on passion but I would say Morrison is the more naturally gifted (though not sure gifted sits comfortably as a description of either of them!!)

id love to hang on to morrison and only having pearce, ferdinand, hector, and sweeny as CB is a dangerous game in case of injuries. then again it would be nice to take the 4m and then add a quality CB for cheaper, possibly who is better than morrison and has prem experience.
