Bit of insider information from me, (see Wayne Bridge signing for my credentials of ACTUALLY being in the know) we put in a bid while Pulis was still in charge. Parish accepted (as he wanted the money for Conor Wickham of all people?!) Pulis rejected the offer because he really liked Murray - so it didn't happen.

Lots of media are aware of this first offer (due to the Parish/Pulis fallout), so have this rumour ready made, so I'm not 100% convinced it will happen. However, we know what we'd offer would be accepted the boss - so still hopeful. 68% my current 'convinced' rating.

True... but decent in the air, looks good on both feet, clever movement looks to have a decent enough turn of pace. I think Palace played one up top a lot that season (might be imagining that part) so used to playing upfront by himself. Even if he is just a poacher he looks to have a better all round game than Le Fondre for example
