Want to make some games of this so much, but never been to an England game before ( ), guessing it'll be damn tough for tickets?

tmesis
stealthpapes Wouldn't that be first England games away to Lithuania and Slovenia?

blimey, I had no idea they'd already arranged the dates for all the games. I thought they went away and worked it out between themselves afterwards.

I think you misread and I missed out a "the".

England have never before played those two countries as 'away games' (previous games vs Slovenia were a friendly at Wembley and then the World Cup game in 2010).

Thus, these will be the first England games away to Lithuania and Slovenia.

Better?

Ben to double figure number of England away games, never been a member of Englandfans and normally get tickets in the home end.

As BF says never worried about getting tickets (then half the time I never bothered making it to the ground)
As long as you use your common sense you can normally get into most away games some way or another

HRK withdraws from the Welsh squad, to be replaced by none other than Jake Taylor.

Also doubts over whether Andorras 3G pitch will be fixed by today after it failed a pitch inspection friday, could be moved to the nou camp otherwise.

Gibraltar v Poland tonight - let's hope they don't become the new San Marino

Germany lose one game and the Scottish lot proclaim them vulnerable. :D
No doubt Alex 1st of Scotland is doing their stats for them.

Good win for Northern Ireland 2-1 away in Hungary

ROI grabbed a late winner too, 2-1 again - I watched this game and tbh they dominated, Georgia didn't really trouble them

Anyone any idea why the fixtures are all over the place (days wise) - what's wrong with everyone kicking off at the same day/time?!

probably worse , you could fit the whole population of Gibraltar in the stadium they are playing in 5-0 with half hour to play.
It`s frightening to think what Germany will do to them.

Good stuff from Scotland there, could have snatched a point which bodes well for the rest of qualifying

Platini wants qualifying matches spread out to create 'a week of football' so this will happen for all the group matches. For instance I think England have qualification matches on every day of the week except possibly a Wednesday.

Jeez

A week of football in which you're only interested in your own team......can't see the club managers being too happy about this

Sounds like Platini is starting to get into Blatter mode now so that he is unopposed in 4 years time for that election.

Either that or Rupert Murdoch has offered him a job.

Was at the Gibraltar game last night. First half wasn't too bad.

Imagine watching a game of football while having a beer and a cigarette if you want? Cracking little stadium in Faro, but the design wouldn't work in UK.

I thought all UEFA games were alcohol-free, in fact I'm sure they are. "We" are at home to Belarus tonight and it is alcohol-free beer only. Not sure about smoking, but that may well be banned in the stadium, too.
