I'd love to see a left back to give Obita a chance at LW.

Unless he desperately wants to play midfield, I'd leave Obita at LB.

He shone at left back in the second half of last season, whereas in the first half of the season at left wing he didnt really stand out as much. He could develop into a really good left back if given the chance.

IMO last season he reminded me a lot of ryan bertrand when we had him on loan from chelsea.

Gossip and rumours for loans for Reading this season.

No real links as yet but I feel we could do with a left winger on 1 or 2 months loan and a central defender with a view to a permanent.

It's a job, and if you stopped paying them they would stop playing. His attitude sounds the same as most people.

Obviously the money helps, but you can tell when someone genuinely enjoys their football. Cureton the easiest example. Someone who plays without passion is not someone you would want around your squad, simple as that really. You would not want that type of player in a relegation scrap or a play off final, I am sure you would agree.

Probably a big reason why QPR got such a battering in the prem last time, bought a bus-load of players on high wages and proved gutless when the going got tough..

Ok, I'll assume you are being stupid enough you need it explaining then. Because they're all injured and therefore unavailable. Or were at the time of writing.

We shouldn't forget that it's not just a loan window open - free agents can also be picked up.

And one that I would love to have at our club is Innocent Emeghara. He's a free agent (according to Sky Sports and the player himself) and is currently in England talking to suitors (apparently Premier League and Championship clubs are interested) as it's where he wants to play.

Despite the Nigerian roots, he is Swiss, and probably best remembered for a successful spell in Italy with Siena where he scored a few goals as a central striker. I also saw him play a few times for the Swiss U21 side a few years back as a wide left attacker, and he could definitely do a good job there too - especially whilst McLeary is out.

He's only 25, hungry to play, has pace to burn, plenty of skill, and provides a decent goal threat too. I would love us to be one of those clubs chasing him.
