tidus_mi2 I dunno, Coppell always seemed to have a very dull monotonous way of speaking.
How very dare you - he was wondrous in every single department and had a voice to behold.

Big Footfloyd__streete Q: would you rather attend an evening with Nigel Adkins or an evening with Brian McDermott?
The fact that there's an evening with BMc & not one with NA speaks volumes, IMO.

They did something similar with Jason Roberts 2 years ago which was a roaring success, can't recommend this night enough

Yeah, dozy, illiterate, disrespectful teenagers like you (just like the dozy, nosy, pensioners) on here remind me why I don't read HNA very often these days.
I've met several former Reading players/managers and to a man they've been humble, appreciative of the fans and without exception bloody funny and interesting. I guess you either have an interest in, say, what Michael Gilkes was thinking when he walked up to take that penalty against Coventry in the Simod Cup Semi Final or you don't. If you've got an interest in the club rather than spending your time posturing in Y26 I'd suggest an evening with one of Reading's most decent and successful managers isn't a bad way to spend an evening.

Platypuss Joe's schtick got old a long time ago. Some might still have fallen for it though.

Reading4eva I would love to go to this. Still to this day think McD was unlucky to lose his job. I would wonder how many would turn up for an Evening with Anton?
