Royal Ginger Agreed with the point about the consolation goal, but in general, we score, there's plenty of time for cheering, and then when the music starts the vast majority of people jump up and down and join in. Ironically or not it appears they're having fun. No doubt some people don't like it, but I suspect there are a few naysayers who moan about it because it fits with their image to be against such things.
I don't like it, but I've given up and half heartedly join in after three or four years of refusing to and celebrating my own way.
