We'll probably lose but it won't be Adkins fault

Interesting insight into our style. Very limited capabilities...
Our strengths are 'creating long shot opportunities' and 'aerial duals'.
We only have 'attack down the right', lo

Our style is assessed to be:
Attacking down the right
Possession football
Long balls

HOOOF!

Our weaknesses are worrying and far too many to mention.

Bournemouth are susceptible to the counter attack, so the score will be 4-3 to the Cherries

Possession will be 50-50

Ian Harte will do his best to get one of our players sent off!

That was a side of his game that I detested, even when it was supposedly working in our favour.

Revised prediction: It's ludicrously windy down here today, I fancy a goalkeeper scoring from a hoof caught by a gust.

3-2 Bournemouth, after we go 2 nil up and inevitably bottle it and concede 3 soft goals...

Staying positive on this. No need to go into meltdown, yet. I'll settle for a draw or a last gasp win. 0-1 Reading or 0-0

If we don't see the same back four and middle two I think we might surprise Bournemouth. Although I wouldn't rule us out in any case, but that midfield with that defence will leave us very fragile. As long as we can stay within 1 goal of the opposition we're always in contention... the problem comes when we go behind and then concede a sloppy second straight away, or just before / after the half.

We've been leaking goals, but from what I've seen and heard that's largely been due to clinical finishing and individual errors. I don't think our current run is an accurate reflection of how good we are despite our well documented woes. I don't think we're bad enough to keep leaking goals like that constantly, although we'll let in plenty over the season. We've certainly been creating chances and challenging for pens and sooner or later those are going to start going in again.

2-1
Murray, Cox.

Well optimism doesn't work, but that pretty much sums up what went wrong.

It would appear I gave our attack far too much credit! Nailed the 3 goals conceded... Wasn't a particularly hard one to get right though.

:| are you really passing off as an insightful piece of analysis :?:

You've basically told us that coming back from 1 goal down is easier than recovering from a 2 goal defecit.
