Yeah who will ever forget that scintillating football we played at times under Adkins. Great times.
I guess we're just left with our memories:

True dat....
Can anyone name a full 90 where we played a team off the park in any of Adkins' 80 matches?
If you can, then you're a fcuking liar.

Agree.Ian Royal Not an unjustified decision. Time will tell if its a good one (partly depending on how we do over the next 6 months, but mainly due to whether there's actually a strategy behind the sacking rather than a kneejerk at a scoreline).

MmmMonsterMunch Don't agree on that Woodley. Not once under his tenure have I come away thinking "Wow we were a bit special today". Not once. Bolton were crap & every shot we hit went in.
To give him some credit, the only ones that came close was one half v Watford & then half of the game v Burnley on the final day last season.

Much as Saturday wasn't indicative of Birmingham's star quality.

BraisingsteakRoyal Seemed a decent enough bloke in an industry full of uttercnuts.
Had an admirable philosophy and will almost certainly go on to manage at a higher level than us again, a la Brendan.
He was just the wrong fit for the club.
Good luck Nige, but it was the right decision at the right time.
