What makes you think Karacan is fit to play?

SCIAG Great news about Jem but I wouldn't want him and Guthrie in together.
With Pogrebnyak injured, we don't have any established players who we have any reason to think could play well as a lone striker for us. Cox is the obvious candidate and will probably get the gig, but I think we should use the cup match as a chance to experiment with HRK there.
Protect GMac, get the recovering players some game time, start a reasonably strong side, and experiment later. I hope we see 4-5-1/4-3-3 at some point, if not from the start. That might help with our defensive issues, and wouldn't necessitate an entirely new front two (Cox as the main striker with Mackie or Tanner in behind).
-----------------Andersen------------------
Gunter-----Hector----Pearce-----Obita
--------------------Norwood-----------------
Blackman--Guthrie--Williams--Mackie
------------------Robson-Kanu--------------
Subs: Federici, Cooper, Kelly, Karacan, Tanner, Cox, Samuel/Cardwell
I would like one of the Aarons on the bench but there isn't really room for them.
It would be great if we could get a striker in.

SPARTA Strongest team possible in the FA Cup, for me! HRK never a striker. Either out wide or just behind, but not a striker, and not a lone striker either. He's far too powderpuff.
