They're showing 2 which is pretty normal for terrestrial tv.

peterroyal76 Is there a reason the BBC can't be arsed to show many live games this weekend? Fewest amount of live games I can remember on terrestrial for 3rd round weekend.

I said the same to my friend yesterday. What game do we get today... Arsenal vs Hull? :|

The only difference I can think of this year is no Saturday game on tv. Mainly because all the main games involving Prem teams were today due to the New Year fixtures.

bobby1413 Not sure why players don't celebrate and just look plain faced. I don't mean when they score against old clubs.

Watching WBA and seeing Borhinio (sp?) score 4 goals yet looked bored was strange.

Yet they destroyed Gateshead but he's still scored 4 goals in a 3rd round FA Cup game.

Same with the Palace scorers today. Dwight Gayle scored a fine goal to put the game safe, yet looked mildly annoyed. Doyle scored for the first time in a decade and hardly seemed to notice. Very odd.

Some absolutely comedy defending for the goals as well. They surely have to get relegated this season?

TBF to Berahino, there's a lot of murmurings about him being out of favour at the club, how he's a bit of a trouble maker and how he'll be sold to fund WBA's January spending. Not exactly surprising he looked a bit underwhelmed with it all.

This is just unbelievable; if I were an Accrington fan today I'd be cringing with embarrassment......

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-la ... e-30680502

Accrington Stanley fans are being asked to spend £20 on souvenir tickets for a game which will never happen.

The League Two side blew their chance of hosting Manchester United in the third round of the FA Cup by losing to Yeovil in their second-round replay.

Undeterred by missing out on a lucrative tie against United, Stanley have still produced 250 tickets.

Chairman Peter Marsden said the money would go towards "strengthening the squad" for the rest of the season.

The limited-edition tickets are being marketed as marking the club's FA Cup run.

Manager John Coleman said: "This isn't about dwelling on what might have been. It would have been magnificent to play Manchester United but it was akin to being on holiday.

"Holidays quickly come and go and we have a league campaign to focus on.

"I believe we have a realistic chance of making the play-offs if we can just get people to help us a little bit."

Typical of the response was this comment on accringtonweb.com: "A question. How do you commemorate something that didn't happen?"

Another added: "Bullseye springs to mind... Let's see what you could have won.

"In reality, it's hardly an FA Cup run. We entered round one and exited round two."

Yeovil beat Accrington 2-0 in a replay last month to win the chance to play Manchester United.

The Red Devils beat the Somerset side 2-0 on Sunday.

Coleman said he hoped Stanley would ultimately get to play the 20-time league winners.

"We are speaking to Manchester United and we're going to try to pull on their heartstrings a bit and hopefully those who buy the tickets might actually see us play them in the not too distant future."

The MK Dons just stole their league position, they gave back all the trophies some years ago.

Shame the FA won't delay kick off times by 40mins though. Things like this only happen for one club.

... on the Beeb's site - from midweek

The FA Cup fourth-round tie between Cambridge United and Manchester United will be screened live on BBC One.

The League Two side will host Louis van Gaal's Premier League giants on Friday, 23 January with a 19:55 GMT kick-off.

The BBC will also bring you the winners of Bristol City v Doncaster against West Ham or Everton on Sunday, 25 January, a 14:00 GMT kick-off.

BBC Wales will screen the match between Swansea and Blackburn Rovers, which is a 12:45 GMT kick-off on Saturday, 24 January.

In addition to the fourth-round coverage, the third-round replay between Championship side Ipswich Town and the Premier League's Southampton is live on BBC One.
The match will take place on Wednesday, 14 January at Portman Road, with kick-off at 19:55 GMT.

.... and here's BT Sports offerings:

BT Sport’s live FA Cup fourth round fixtures

Saturday 24 January: Liverpool v Bolton Wanderers – 5.30pm (BT Sport 1)
Sunday 25 January: Brighton & Hove Albion v Arsenal – 4pm (BT Sport 1)
Monday 26 January: Rochdale v Stoke City – 8pm (BT Sport 1)

s'pose its a slight 'Roderick McDodderick' ..... as the matches were posted up on the TB yesterday ..... but I thought us 'GF renegades' deserved our own version avec le twiddlies !
