What's the point in beating Derby? We'd only get fcuking Blackburn away in the round after anyway...

winchester_royal Stop your bitching guys. That's a winnable draw.

'greed. We can easily beat Derby, just like we did the previous two times we've played them this season.

Promotion their priority - could rest players?

Crucial game for them with Bournemouth 4 days before....

We could win this - its like the West Brom tie a few years ago

If Bradford can win at Chelsea then anything is possible........... If you include Brighton from last season that is now 4 times we have been drawn away to a Championship side. What are the odds?

I thought this too. Our players might be well up for it as well seeing as we probably dont have that much to play for in the league now, whereas theirs will be thinking about promotion. I was at that West Brom game, it was magic and I'm hoping for something similar.

I did want an away tie at one of the lower league teams but its better than an almost nailed on defeat against a big PL club, like against Villa and United to name two in the last few years Would rather we got a big team as late as possible so in the quarter or maybe even semi final.

One key difference from those times Sandy. One which you of all people should remember.

Most annoying of all is that is 5 consecutive cup draws away from home this season. The odds of that are just 3.125% if my maths is correct.

But with them in the promotion hunt I could see us having a better chance than we did in the League Cup earlier in the season. And that would be the QF without playing a PL side.

What a deflating waste of 10 mins that was watching that draw.

Might have to be put in some restrainers at the gleefull thought of a £25 ticket for seeing yet another bunch of Championship goons and losing as well.

An utterly shit draw, away to another Championship club. Even if the club gave free travel I really can't work up any enthusiasm for this.
