picaso I think he's improved the group defensively and it was excellent to see such a good fast counter attack goal against Sheffield Wednesday.

Snowball I think he's a breath of fresh air.
1. Drastically improved us defensively
2. Straight-talking
3. Dramatically improved our goal difference per game
4. Now expect us to win or draw, rather than "God knows!"
5. Chalobah looks a VG signing
6. Not scared to change the side (e.g. dropping Norwood)
