Ark Royal Watched the game in my local among some bemused-looking Yanks.

Despite the obvious trolling attempt above, Cox was excellent today. Maybe could have done better with an excellent training ground free kick routine and a volley that took forever to drop out of the air. On another day he could have had a couple. MoM along with Kelly, who I thought was superb. The back four did well. Chalobah and Mackie disappointing and Mackie should have scored after Pog's header came off the keeper. Shocking miss. Chalobah totally off the pace today and looked a weak link.

Feds kept us in it early doors. HRK grew into the game and took his goal well. Once he received the ball from Cox(?), I just knew he would open his body and curl it in. Surprised Pog came off for the Yak, who looked like the most unfootballing footballer on the pitch. Tidy finish though after a nice ball from HRK.

Thought we deserved that, especially after the blatant non-pen, which was shocking from the ref. He was staring right at it and I have no idea what his thought processes must have been at that moment. Incredible non-decision.

Anyway, one win from Wembers and anyone AT HOME, please. We are due one.

Old Biscuitman
Lacoste Glad to be through but..................

Cox - You weren't good enough for us first time around. You're lucky we had shit manager who was prepared to spend money on you.
Obita - You aren't a winger and you aren't a full back. You're not going to make it, I'm afraid.
Blackman - you are just that. Nothing more.
Mackie - I'm glad you did it but you cheated Derby today. Poor play acting and you're just not very good. You won't be here next season.

Ref - Shocking for both teams, no way a sending off and a definite penalty. You should not ref again for a while, Get trained,

Glad we are through, progress under Clarke continues even if i'm still not sure about him.

Home tie please.

Just a question. Are you actually a RFC supporter? Too many negative thoughts after a good win.

Not sure how you all got sucked in with that post. Just ignore it, he or she is just looking for a reaction and some attention.

Would be interested to hear more views on the game from those who went as I could not make it today.

Great result and I think and hope the yak is the natural finisher we have been lacking since le Fondre

Fantastic game and great atmosphere. I didnt think there was much between the teams, but i thought we had the better chances. Derby played very well with 10 men and I expect them to be promoted at the end of the season.

Special mentions to Robson Kanu who I thought had his best game this season by a long way. A constant threat, neat, tidy, scored a superb goal and the through ball to Yakubu was inch perfect. Cox had a good game, got an assist, linked up the midfield and attack well and probably should have scored a goal himself.

Overall a very good away performance and lots of noise in the away end today.

Tricky journey up there with all the motorways shut, but well worth the hassle. (Having said that when they walked through us at ease for the first 5 minutes or so I thought we were going to get our arses kicked).
Anyhow we grew into the game and despite their TV screens at half time showing us with something like 25% possession we were holding our own.Think Cox hit the post as well as a few other chances went begging.
The ref was atrocious missing what looked like a blatant handball (which would have given us a penalty) and falling for their diving and play acting. The sending off looked justified as a straight red, let alone a second yellow .
I think like most of us there thought that it wouldn't help us but just galvanise them. (I was waiting for the ref to even up which he did with some strange decisions given in their favour.)

Deserved the goal.what a beauty by HRK. This sent the away end into raptures whilst the home fans looked on in silence, however they Derby raised the game and score from our end, what looked like a deflected goal. Here we go
Pog and Mackie where taken off and on came the YAK and Blackman.. Akpan also came on for Chalobah .
The subs energy kicked us on as HRK (I think) sent a fantastic pass through to YAK who sent us bonkers with a great finish. What a fantastic moment as the away section went fkin mental
Hard to pick a MOM as everyone played well especially HRK who would get my vote. Blackman and YAK were excellent, be it against a tiring defence.
Pog. Oh dear I really wish him to be a success however he cant jump. He cannot hold up the ball. He cannot run (The pace of Brian the snail) and he has the turning circle of an oil taker. The only negative for me. So frustrating.

The fans were Top Notch today. All in all a great day out.

Good performance from SC's work in progress team against a team that another day could have buried us in the opening few minutes. All through the game Derby's attacking play i.e. off the ball movement caused no end of problems.

We're through and that's what the history books will tell. :D

Please please let's have another way draw!

Great performance and result from Reading, but yet another poor performance from the officials.

If the ref had given the clear penalty, the ref should also have sent the defender off - so Reading not only missed out on a spot kick, but on Derby losing a man.

Watching again on MOTD, Cox really did miss a hatfull of sitters. Easy man of the match if he'd put one away.

Never usually bother with the Prem games, but the bar opens at 8:30 Central Time. Normally just a man and his dog watching, but a few more today.

Having seen MOTD there can be absolutely no denying Warnock had to go. Two very 'poor' tackles. A great win, particulary so after Tuesday night's shambles. All hail the Yak!!!!

I dont come on here much but always have a look now and again to cheer myself up, as the positivity on this Forum is uplifting, What a win today, amazing to be honest how the club has changed in the last few weeks especially as reading on a thread earlier that none of the staff and players have been paid, for them to do it today on no wages must rank as the most positive team in the country.

Thanks HNA for making me smile

That would never be a red card offence. HTH.

HobNob is hilarious, knows better than the manager, coaches, professionals.

We are now in the quarter finals of the FA Cup after the "useless" HRK
had a brilliant goal and a brilliant assist to give a goal to the "hilariously
fat OAP" a very well-taken goal meaning he has played just 30-something
minutes and already earned us something in the region of £200,000

and then of course, the "useless" HRK also scored the winner in the previous round

And the useless blackman scored against huddesfield.
