blueroyals I'm a bit confused that the FA cup max allocation is 15% (3,500) but Sunderland got 4,200. Which is it?

It depends on the segregation Bradford can do, if that means they can offer more away seats that's what they'll do. Up to 15% is their obligation to the FA assuming of course we take it and there's not strings like at a City (take 2k sale and return or 4k with no return)

Kitsondinho    900 points won't be enough....and no chance of home end tickets at Bradford.....gutted.

You think so? I have around 800pts , but I thought we would get at least 3000 tickets should we need them and I thought this would be ok for me. What do people think?

It really all depends if lots of STH's who don't usually travel away decide to go to this one & how many tickets we get. If we only got 2000-2500 you might be in trouble.

There will be some lapsed STH's that have in excess of 1000 points that will crawl out of the woodwork for this tie as well I would imagine.

We'll sell 3,500 before anyone with below 1,000 gets a sniff!! I know I made my choice moving away and only going to a 10 games a year, but I froze my nuts off at Huddersfield in Jan.....

Away end stand holds 1800...reckon we will take that and not want the risk of not selling out a bigger allocation...

I'll be surprised if we take more than 2500, it's a 4hr trip and we could be playing late Sunday.

Reckon Bradford will be favourites for this. Pressure will get to them.

We will easily sell 3.5k. If the club AGAIN fail to take the full allocation and we sell out before general sale for the 2nd QF in 4 years there should rightly be a MELTDOWN

Well perhaps ring around and see if you can find a member card with 1500 points or so on it. I reckon that should get you a ticket.

Pretty much everyone I know has said they're going to me already - 80% of those saying yes never attend any away games usually. Even if we were given 4200 we'd sell the lot I'm 100% sure of that.

blueroyals Assuming the club sacked the mong that decided to take only c. 1,000 tickets for City away in the QF a few years back we'll take the full allocation - then you should be fine. Doubt it will get to general sale though.

Cheers for the response guys.

MMM the bit you said about the 1000pt+ STHs crawling out of the woodwork is exactly what I thought.

Blueroyals, agree with you too but just hope we do take the full allocation.

Hmmm at the guys who think we will easily sell out 3500-4000 tickets in no time though, but I guess it is a pretty desirable fixture. Reminds me a bit of the Brentford away game earlier this year, which I didnt really get close to getting a ticket for. Then again our allocation for that was only like 1700 unless I'm mistaken.

That's just lapsed STH's that have earned 1000+ pts in years gone by don't forget...... let alone current ones that don't usually travel away but will make a special effort for this match.

Hope the Bradford Chairman can get his wife out of the lift before the mighty Royals turn up. She won't want to miss our array of stars.

Strange draw really, on the one hand it's a great opportunity to get to Wembley but on the other it's difficult because of all they've done this year and previous seasons in the cups.

Would be great to go to Wembley with no real pressure on but we can't get too far ahead of ourselves.

It's going to be a great occasion though with a cracking atmosphere. Win lose or draw.

I really fancy us to do it you know.....

Great draw, I think we'll battle to a draw on their bog of a pitch followed by a surprisingly straightforward home win in the replay.

paultheroyal Is it me or is that tweet from Reading FC a tad embarrassing ie celebrating fact and good news that either us or Parkinson are at wembley? New low for me!

Not really. He's one of the club's legends, missed out on Wembley with us in 95 and its a sentiment plenty of our fans have.
