MmmMonsterMunch The club should hang their head in shame if our ticket office sells to anyone with a Bradford postcode!

Surely they are at least checking their addresses?

Well, they sold me 3 although I do have a member card and lots of royalty points to go with by Bradford postcode.

There's plenty of street parking if you don't mind a bit of a walk. Along Canal Rd is probably best and a 5-10 minute walk from the ground. Generally, downhill from the ground is better. There's a car auction site on Midland Rd that does match day parking but it's not massive and will be busy.

Avoid the car parks at Forster Square retail park, they're a nightmare, although there is a private car park directly opposite the entrance to the railway station side of Forster Square which is pretty big, pretty safe and reasonably priced. There are the usual multi storeys in the middle of Bradford which are more expensive and a bit of a walk away. Don't park on the terraced side streets around the ground, the Manningham area of Bradford is a bit of a shithole and it's probably not worth the hassle.

TFF
Winchester Royal Member only sales only isn't it?

Only online by the look of it.

On the phone or at the TO buy as many as you want for whoever you want.

Get in quick!

They asked me for my member number when I phoned up earlier.

Second game of the season 8)

In terms of not selling to away Bradford fans I used to know someone at the TO and I think they are probably a bit more clued up than we give them credit for. When we were in the Prem I recall him saying they double checked purchases for certain games and even if someone had bought online they would still block the tickets if they weren't happy about the purchaser.
I'm guessing in this instance they will have certain postcodes (probably wider than just Bradford) flagged up and would need to see evidence of previous purchase before releasing the tickets. Probably the only way Bradford fans will get tickets in our area would be if Reading fans buy them and sell them on or some Bradford fans live locally and have RFC member cards (fairly unlikely)

Has anyone received their tickets in the post that brought them on Friday? I brought mine Friday but they never arrived today . . . .

Doubt they would have posted them until today.

Anyone have a list of our top away followings, and will this be our biggest ever? A quick google search didn't bring anything up...

floyd__streete :| Jesus wept.

The only ways of purchasing are via logging in on the website - where they have your address cunningly stored away - or in person (if you drive down from Bradford to Reading then you deserve a ticket) or over the phone.

"That'll be £15, Sir. Can we take your address to post the tickets"
"Yes, its Number 1, The Street, Bradf....oh sh*te"

Reading fans never cease to disappointment me with their small-minded pant-p*ssing worrying and bitching over tickets for big games. I hope we lose to Bradford so we don't get a load of whingeing that you can't sit with your m8s at Wembley :!:

That is genuinely one of the most piss poor statements I have ever read on here. If anyone else had said that you would be the first one to take a pop at them.

Bristol City a few years ago was huge, although probably more like 20 years ago now.

Wigan for the playoffs was pretty large as well IIRC

Bristol City in the playoff final year was >6000
Highbury in the 106 year was probably more than that.
Wasn't at Wigan.
Fulham first year in the Prem, we filled pretty much the whole Putney end when the Neutral zone was taken into account.

IIRC at Wigan away we actually had more fans there than Wigan, although that could be wishful thinking. We has an entire side of the ground, bit like us giving an away team the whole East Stand.

I have a program from the 05/06 season when we played Arsenal at Highbury and we had exactly 7000 fans there. Thats got to be the highest in our history?

Still was a relatively shite atmosphere if I remember rightly.
