NamelessTBM On a (slightly) related note, the over reaction from the media etc about the Villa fans doing a pitch invasion is laughable. Nobody got hurt and it was a celebration rather than a riot
The biggest over reaction was from the Villa fans.
Heaven help we ever had a pitch invasion over something as trivial.

Jagermesiter1871 The only thing unbelievable here is this thread. Assuming the flare wasn't some weird sadistic allusion to a stadium fire (who the oxf*rd even thinks like that), then what exactly is the issue with someone setting off a flare? No one got hurt and added to the atmosphere for me.

Very decent of you. I thought your support was fantastic. The walk to and from the ground was how attending football should be - tribal but not threatening. Valley parade now definitely up there as best away grounds to visit.
(Also, my first time walking through Bradford City centre - the Victorian Gothic architecture is just amazing - me and my son were really impressed and interested).
Remind me never to go to the football with you and your dull son.
As for the flare, seriously for oxf*rd s sake. Stop bandwagon jumping. If sir John didn't get involved most of you wouldn't have known it was the 30 year anniversary.
