Why do season ticket holders think they should be given a +1, hope the club sees sense and decides on 1 per STH then on sale to members......

There's enough tickets in the allocation for every single STH to have a +1 and still leave enough tickets for everyone else with Royalty Points on a valid member card...

As I said a couple of pages back...if the club sell on a one ticket per STH basis...they will be left with over 18000 tickets to sell...which makes no business sense whatsoever and will also mean that STH would have to wait until the time when member card sales start if they wanted to purchase tickets with non-STH...making the ticket office busy etc.

Far more straightforward to allow STH +1...this will mean that a fair chuck of tickets will get snapped up in the first few days, leaving plenty of tickets for member card sales...I can't understand why people are panicking...we probably don't have more than 30000 valid member cards (this figure includes current STH)...there were only 19000 home fans on Monday and I don't recall thousands of people complaining of not being able to get a ticket for the match!!!

For you information RFC have over 40,000 Members, so there is no chance of any +1 for STH. They will sell out the remaining 18-20,000 tickets within a couple of days once they go on sale to members.......

Or as TBM has said, he isn't a STH but goes to games with someone who is...and there are a lot of old STHs who didn't renew at the start of the season due to the shambles of a club etc.

31,000 tickets (plus the extra allocation requested) is nearly three times the average home attendance...more than enough tickets for anyone that wants one...selling 1 ticket per person will cause the ticket office to meltdown, the phones to stop working, the internet to explode and the opportunity for a new thread on here about the shambles!!!

40,000 members? Really? If we have that many, why not go ahead with the stadium expansion?? Turns8 is right. Many STH will have +1s that are already one of those 40,000 members....

That 40,000 includes all current STH, and loads of duplicates, dead people, people who got a card years ago and haven't used it for years, cards in the hands of away fans etc etc.

If STH GET +1 lots will buy for other members.

We're getting 35k or so so the numbers work pretty well for 2 per STH and then one per member .

The +1 should however be member card linked.

To all those questioning this, where were you when we've been appalling this season? Leeds? Wigan? Derby? Brentford?

When you can provide a decent answer to this that doesn't involve CBA, come and talk. Until then, wait in line - my plus 1 is equally entitled to attend as you are.

If the Club can take £100 off you then they won't care who sits next to you, even if it's just your coat ... The club will want to sell as many tickets as quickly as they can...and if this means by allowing +1s then they are doubling the number of tickets sold in one transaction...it's all about the £££££...
