According to the FAQ you have to select "Quick Seats".

Phones are no better. I called in at 10 am and got connected - great I thought, then after 14 minutes, the system just cut me off and now (obviously) I cant get reconnected.

They should have subbed it out to Ticletmaster or similar who have the capacity to deal with this sort of demand.

Alternatively you could chill the fcuk out and buy your tickets at 4pm this afternoon, or 1.15pm tomorrow. There are two full days of exclusive access for STHs. That's about 12,000 tickets just for us.

And many STHs will be hanging on to buy with member card holders later in the week

I am not un chilled but thanks for your fake concern.

I am however a tad disappointed that the phone system has a time out built in meaning if they don't answer the phone in a timely manner, customers get unceremoniously disconnected.

Short queue when I got on just before 10am - took quite a while to get logged in and choose tickets etc... then my work internet crashed!
Got on my phone, queue was now over 1100... thankfully net came back and it still had me logged in so was able to finish the purchase. My phone is still queued at number 478... can shut that now!

well judging by the amount people wearing arsenal shirts in the queue when i was there, it wouldn't surprise me if they sold out in the next hour or so
