It was deffo intentional I reckon so I assume there will be a ban. I dont think it helped that De Gea was down like he was in cardiac arrest, then got up to chase after him when the decision didnt go his way, then went down like someone had shot him, then got up to argue with the ref, then went down in serious agony needing treatment, then got up and carried on

I came here to post this having watched MOTD2 this evening.

It's hard to hold it against him with him being so honest. Saying he did wrong, let the team and fans down. He was genuine and sincere.

I doubt you'd see Rooney, Terry or any of the other sorts being so up front.

I wonder if Gerrard's inability to control his frustration at not being the main man is partly to blame for the stamp?

Last season in their 'big' game against us at Anfield he slipped. This season, their big game to try and get in the top 4 he got sent off. Good player but never had the mentality or quite the ability to be World Class.
