Have it from a good media source that Kwesi Appiah will join us between now and the start of the season. Seems very odd given he's a less successful Dominic Samuel, but seems too random not to be true. Watch this space.

I live in Cambridge in term time, seen him a fair few times. He's a real talent, far too good for League 2 and a fan favourite to boot. Definitely worth a punt!

Sounds good, certainly could do with some real pace up front and if he has an eye for goal as well then well worth a shot.

Doubt Samuel will be here next season. Big attitude problem. Shame if so, as he looks a real talent at Coventry. We need pace, so I'd be happy with bringing someone raw and determined again. I've missed these signings! For some reason this feels a bit Dean Morgan though.

Imagine that, a careless youngster spouting it on Twatter. Never heard of that before and certainly not from any professional footballers.
When you're a youngster hoping to make a good impression and break into the first team you'd be on your best behaviour if you were smart

Absolutely agree, but just because you're a bit tactless on twatter it doesn't necessarily follow that you act like that while at the club. Guess we'll just have to wait and see on Samuel, impression I had from SC was that he rates him which is why he was given the opportunity at Coventry.

Yeah reckon he does rate him, also think he's giving him an opportunity to go off and grow up a bit though.. Read a few Coventry articles that state Samuel is 'maturing' or 'adapting to the mens game' quotes like that give me the impression maybe the Coventry manager agrees.
Plus Coventry have good previous with finding/helping good strikers that later go onto better things.
Could see Samuel getting another loan next season up to January to help his development further, with a view of bringing him back after Christmas if it goes well. If not, loan or sell him at that point. Think he's doing enough at Cov to justify keeping him within our ranks for a little while longer.
