Check your purchase history on your member login...I had the same yesterday and it was in the Purchase History with a ref number and everything...

I got an extra one this morning - for my Arsenal m8.

Pretty unfair the allocation when many Arsenal season ticket holders can't go and anyone who hasn't watch Reading much gets a tickets. I like to think I've restored the balance a bit here. Should never have been a 50/50 split imo.

If its any consolation I haven't got a confirmation email yet either although the payment went through and confirmed tickets. Maybe you have them but its just taking its time.
