Mopsus I jumped through all the hoops slowly until I got to paying. it took a while for the page for my payment details to render correctly, I clicked the button to pay and then got a message that it had been impossible to process my order. However, details (including seat block) appear on my account, and I'm told I have my allocation of tickets. My credit card company doesn't seem to have received a payment. I have emailed the club's customer services to explain with details. I am of course happy to pay up, but I don't want to lose the tickets!
Check your basket, the tickets my be there. If they are just checkout again.
