WAZZOCK
jd82
WAZZOCK I've heard that RFC are planning something spectacular for the match....

If Neil Diamond shows up to sing Sweet Caroline i'm going home.

I can't reveal what it is as I'm sworn to secrecy, but it sounds ridiculously good and a first for Wembley. Should be revealed late next week!

A couple of Army Air Corps helicopters from the Arborfield Garrison hovering over the Stadium; then a couple of squaddies abseil from the choppers, each holding our co-chairpeople over their shoulders???

That would be a first for Wembley!

North Somerset Royal According to OS :

PUBLISHED

12:42 9th April 2015

Almost 30,000 sold

An extra allocation of red category seats are now on sale to Reading fans for the FA Cup semi-final with Arsenal at Wembley.

The seats, priced at £63, will be in the bottom tier close to the halfway line. Click here for a seating plan.

Just shy of 30,000 tickets have been sold from the club’s total allocation, with a small number of green category seats also still available.

All Reading fans with 10 or more Royalty Points, and all season ticket holders, can now buy up to three tickets: one for themselves and two additional seats.

Fans with 10-49 points can buy on the phone 0118 968 1313, or in person at the Madejski Stadium ticket office - but not online.

Fans with 50+ points, and season ticket holders, can buy online at http://www.readingfcdirect.co.uk, on the phone 0118 968 1313 or in person at the Madejski Stadium ticket office.

For those who have already purchased their seat, the process of posting tickets began on Wednesday – with the majority of blocks set to be posted first class on Thursday, and the remaining tickets sent out at the end of the week.

LOL

So Block 102 will be filled by day trippers who really couldn't give a fcuk/will be supporting Arsenal while STHs and high point member cards were told red seats sold out on day one.

Nice.

....and best of all, the club won't allow those who've already bought tickets to swap for the better seats

The words "piss up" and "brewery" spring to mind

 Jesus! That club is run badly. Surely you reward the STs who are first in line with the best seats in the house. Not hold them back until EVERYONE who's going has a ticket.

In utter agreement with Kesmondo here. What an embarrassment.

I guess the charitable view is that these are the extras (above the initial 31500) the club asked for otherwise you have to question why these have been held back.
Fcuk all chance these are going to end up in the hands of "genuine" supporters now - of RFC that is.

It's a fukking shambles, I bought online within 30 mins of the tickets going on sale.
Red 105 upper £63.00 so you would imagine a decent seat, ticket arrived today and the muppets have given me row 2, how the oxf*rd is that upper ?
Doubt I will bother going now, not spending another 100 or so on food and drink to sit behind the corner flag watching Gunter mincing about.

Look just fcuk off fatso - go eat some cake or something

Can't believe this. What a joke. Can we all give he a load of stick at Wembley. Don't give a f*ck if he's a kid. Plus, why has the camera man asked him to pose as if he's in love with the post? Pathetic

Don't panic. Red Upper is the section of seats at the back of the lower tier you can see here. Does it say 'red upper' on the ticket?

Silence on RFC social media.

They know they'll get panned.

As others have said if this is true then its an absolute travesty. I queues from 7:15 on that first morning and there were less than 30 people in front of me. When eventually got near the front we heard that blocks 102 and 103 were sold already before the first person in the queue was served ! This itself was terrible considering we had been told the best seats would be available to us but if they have held them back and are selling them now then it is indeed scandalous.
Whilst in that queue a block from Star came in to channge some notices on a board in the ticket office and i asked him if "Star were going to have something to say about the chaos"? His response was to shrug his shoulders and say "it's always going to happen when people jump on the bandwagon"!
I reminded him that actually all the people in this queue were season ticket holders and not part time supporters. He scuttled off after that. I assume he has a nice seat in 102.....
Ive a good mind to have a chat with old Charlie Watts about this.
Absolutely Fu.c.king Fuming......!

If its in a 10? Block then they are good seats. The smaller block towards the rear of the lower tier with the walkway in front.

Tickets have arrived and happily unlike Kes' ones someone hasn't voided them with a marker pen
