Royal Lady They've definitely cocked up - what happens if people don't get their tickets because they've gone to a totally wrong address? Will the club issue new ones?

Yes they can issue replacements to be collected at Wembley on the day.

The FA terms do state that they will not replace lost tickets (condition 9.2)

However I would contact RFC on Monday and confirm what address they sent the tickets to. Once you know that you'll have a better idea how to proceed.

RFC do issue replacements for home games, but this game is governed by FA rules, which are very tight.

Would be interesting to know what has driven the delivery addresses. No way will the club just be picking random addresses, it could be down to how people's friends and family is set up. Our tickets were bought by one person but for two sets of ST with 2 different addresses and all went to the purchasers address. All were linked as friends and family to the purchasers ST.

Royal Lady And wrt this Huddersfield supporting boy - pls can someone, Ian Royal?, put me in direction of details where RFC young supporters had chance to enter similar competition? Because I think you'll find, RFC fans were not given the same option of a competition entry. We may have some mascots but their parents will have paid for the pleasure.

From what I can see the competitions were run by teams drawn at home, which we weren't. It may just have been 3rd ties as well. There was never a game where we could have offered the chance to win a place as far as I can see.

Got back from my hols today to my tickets.

Bought £43 Block 521, accepting it is going to be in the front of the gods!

I've been given Row 33!!!! 4 from the back. How can the 50/50 split of green and yellow in block 521 have me in row 33???? What a farce. Surely I should be paying the "your chuffin high up" price. Would love to go and kick the door down, but hard when you are an hour and a bit away. Phone rant coming on......

That is the "your chuffin high up" price, isn't it?

I've moved house in between ordering and being posted out. Have only received 1 of 3 orders I made, so spoke to them and they said they can do replacements as they have seat numbers recorded against members who bought them.

2 tickets in Blue 112 Row 22 turned up fine, pretty happy with the seats to be fair, although would of preferred around Row 30 given the choice but hey ho!

I am totally happy with my entire ticket purchasing experience.
Queued for 3 x blue tickets and got the exact block and row I wanted. They were very helpful. Only queued for about half an hour.
Later phoned (got straight through) and got 2 more yellow in the block I wanted, couldn't pick a row but ended up with row 5. They came in the post last week to my home which just happens to be the address they have on my membership.

I understand some people couldn't get to the office to buy but they did make it clear that online and phone sales were a 'lottery' so there will always be losers.

Have had more trouble with tickets for a school concert tbf.

If you ordered on friends and family cards for extras they sent tickets to the first name given - in our case Muppet at an address her dad lived at previously, despite it clearly showing our address as the delivery address and Schards who bought them - duplicates only available at Wembley ticket office on Saturday - rather than admit they'd made mistake on sending out - tried to blame the system! Good luck if your ticket doesn't arrive like ours

Can't you just go to the old address and ask if they've got your tickets?

The funny moment the new home owners use the ticket and get into the ground before RL does

Good news if this is the case, often a difference between the rules and the practicality.

Not sure if they can cancel the originals, not usually possible on paper tickets but as has been suggested there will be a problem if the originals are used before the new ones.
