TBM So when they say "The area around Wembley is a "Controlled Drinking Zone" – it is an offence to have open-containers of alcohol in this zone. They will be confiscated plus risk of arrest."
Where does this zone begin/end? - i will probably stand just on the edge

Brown paper bag like an American wino, or some sort of tube system up your sleeve.

I'll probably just nab a plastic cup from the Torch and sit on the wall outside pouring my own....

When I was there for the Millwall Swindon PO final there were hundreds of fans with open containers. Don't think they cared.. Also carried a can from TGM to the stadium when we were there.

As i said earlier in the thread, how are the police going to enforce this rule with 90,000 people in attendance? Saw plenty of drinking on the street prior to the Champions League final. The fact they mention off licences will stop serving an hour before kick off as well as the pubs suggests they know its going to happen.
