Reading Football Club are delighted to announce selling details for 2015/16 Season Tickets. From next season, the club have introduced two new pricing categories which are designed to make watching the Royals easier and more cost-effective than ever!

You may have noticed that the renewal price for adult Season Tickets has been frozen for a 6th consecutive season, representing fantastic value at just over £16 per league fixture.

Supporters aged 7 and under will be able to benefit from a FREE Season Ticket when bought with a full paying adult or concession. The club firmly believe that by making football more accessible to this section of our fan base, the scope to create fans of the future will increase vastly.

If you’re aged between 18 and 24 you can get your hands on a Season Ticket from as little as £135, which equates to less than £6 per fixture! We have recognised that the 17-21 years category has become outdated, so the club have become one of the first to take this measure and ensure that young adults have every opportunity to cheer on their team!

The Family Season Ticket offering will also improve for 2015/16, with greater savings and more options available for your Royal family! Due to popular demand the Club have also introduced a 2 Adult and 1 Child option, with all the Family Season Ticket options available in the extended Family Area of B16, B17 and B18 of the North Stand.

For all the key information you need, please see the bullet points below. To secure your place for next season head to readingfcdirect.co.uk, call 0118 968 1313 or visit the Madejski Stadium Ticket Office.
For further information, please visit our Season Ticket mini site here.

All the information you need (all subject to availability and Terms and Conditions)
• FREE Season Tickets to children aged 7 and under when bought with a full paying adult or concession Season Ticket
• Brand new 18-24 years category, with prices starting from just £135 (under £6 per game)
• Bigger savings and more options for all Family Season Tickets. The designated Family Area has also been expanded to include B16, B17 & B18 of the North Stand. Full details can be found by clicking here.
• Movers Period will begin on Wednesday 3rd June, 9am. You can move your seat by calling 0118 968 1313 or visit the Ticket Office. Please note, seat moves cannot be made online. More information can be found by visiting our Movers Page, which will soon be available to view.
• Please note all supporters aged 24 and under, or moving into the 65 and over category will be issued with a new Season Ticket card. In addition, any supporter who moves their seat will also receive a card with updated seat details. All three groups of supporters will receive their new cards in July.

Dave-Royal £375 I new this yesterday xxx

Based on your modus operandi (that's not a spelling mistake) everyone knew that yesterday.

Come on, you'd even started to hedge your bets on the day that the news would be announced i.e. 'or next week'!

Excellent news, thanks Dave, sensible pricing. A lot of people will save a lot of money with the new concession pricing and Y25/Y26 will be very happy....

Would have gone up to adult next season.
Now have three more years as concession. Saving a total of around £750. Brilliant!

Will still be in favour of 18-24 band when I move on to adult prices though. It's the right thing to do.

Hope the club extends the 18-24 band to visiting supporters as well. Charging away fans extortionately more than home fans, by using loopholes, is a prevalent practice that we should not be participating in.

Would agree that the away fans pricing should be consistent with what they have done for home fans and don't FL rules mean they have to be ?
Are match day tickets being done on the same basis or are these bands just for ST ?

All clubs go around this rule to some extent. Most by offering Advanced Prices or Member Prices well below Matchday Prices.

Some clubs take the absolute piss. They'll have an 18-21 Member band, but not an 18-21 Matchday band.
Therefore they can get away with charging an 18 year old away fan £35, whilst charging an 18 year old home fan 'member' £15.
I hope the club doesn't engage in any of that.

This is excellent news.

I was getting my little lad a ticket this year to try and start the process of securing a decent seat but as a freebie even better.

Problem being with this offer is tieing up kids seats next to current season ticket parent seats.

No news yet on matchday prices for next year. Hoping they'll remain as they are.

Was all intent on renewing my ST until today ... have now pretty much decided not to and instead to buy match tickets and wait and see till Xmas. Just too depressing watch this crap ... wouldn't hesitate though if I lived closer. But driving all the way on a Saturday to see this rubbish isn't much fun. Also, just can't see next season getting any better - we'll lose several decent players and I can't see us bringing in anyone a lot better than what we've got ...

Bought my first ST for some years. Feels as if RFC is back on a sound footing after some years in the wilderness.

First time I've been tempted to get a season ticket as I've lived up north for a while but am moving down to Bucks from September. Being 23, paying £135 seems extremely good value now... :)
