trueroyal1871 I've heard the new sponsor will be Thai Airways with Carabao as another shirt sponsor which is a Thai energy drink similar to RedBull. I believe that one or more of the owners are board members of these companies so they may use the sponsorship deal to give Steve Clark much needed funds to totally reshape the squad.
I'm not expecting us to go mental with transfers and wages but we'll certainly be more competitive financially than we ever have been just within the FFP rules.

Brum Royal Saw the Carabao one on Saturday on the North stand wall but had no idea who they were. Given the Thai board on the South stand wall, and the Thai banner on the electronic advertising boards during the game, we're already starting to see the new owners beginning to make a presence on the club.

Be good if the new owners bring changes to the food served as well, and some half time entertainment would be welcome, how about some stirring Thai music to start with rather than the old Broadmoor escape siren that has recently been used.

If there's any truth in that then you can expect stadium sponsorship in the near future as well then. They'll exploit any opportunity to bring money into the club if as you say they want to tackle the FFP and give the manager as big a budget as possible. This could be an interesting summer on and off the field.
